• Placing an order is easy. Just select your make/model of Sky+ box from the table in the Buy a Sky+ Fan Controller

                                         How to Pay

• Payments are accepted through credit/debit cards via Paypal. Paypal is one of the most secure online payment methods available. It will store your details in an encrypted format ensuring your online security. You do NOT need to be an existing Paypal customer to use this service. For more details see www.paypal.com or click on there logo on the homepage fo this website. Payment is GBP £ sterling only please.

• Cheques are also accepted aswell as postal orders. Please contact me if you wish to use this payment option and I will supply the relevent infomation

                                  Despatch and Delivery

• I aim to despatch all orders within 24hours of payment being received. Most orders are actually dispatched the same day within hours of receiving payment.

• Items will automatically be dispatched to your Paypal account address or your billing address. If however you wish it to be sent to an alternative address eg work then contact me via email immediately supplying the address you wish the controller to be sent. This is to safeguard against fraud.

• When Payment is by cheque it must be cleared through my bank before item can be dispatched. This can take upto 3 working days.

• Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. There is no surcharge for Highlands of Scotland or The Republic of Ireland. Most people receive their item the next working day however Royal Mail gives a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

• I always get a certificate of posting. This covers for loss or damage upto £32. I can supply this certificate if the need ever arises.

• Items are sent in Jiffy bags and are also in plastic packaging with an instruction summary and cable connections.
